Exchange and return policy


- Contact us on WhatsApp or through the email service on our website, to submit the request.


- Return and exchange includes all items except (books, electronic devices, underwear and lingerie unless there is a manufacturing defect).


- Submit a replacement request within a maximum of 7 days of receiving your order.


- Submit a return request within a maximum of 7 days of receiving the order.


- Send us your full name, phone number, and reason for exchange or return.


- If there is damage due to shipping or there is an error on our part, we will replace or return without charge.


- If the product matches the specifications and has no errors and you want to return the order, the shipping cost of 50 riyals will be deducted.


- If you wish to exchange the product for another product, you only pay the shipping costs of 50 riyals.


- In the event of a return, the amount due to you will be returned within 5 working days from the date we receive the order from the shipping company.


- We will reply you and solve the problem within 5-7 days, if your request meets the conditions.


- As for electronics, if they are opened from the box, there is no return for them, but they have a warranty. If there is a defect in the product or it does not work, it will be sent and maintained, then shipped to the customer again.

If the box is not opened, the product will be returned after checking it and ensuring that it is safe and unopened. Then the full amount will be sent after deducting the shipping cost.


- For your safety, we do not allow the return or exchange of cosmetics, personal care products, lingerie and perfumes, even if they are in their original condition, with the exception of products that arrive damaged only.
